Sunshine

An early morning walk this morning meant I reaped the benefits of having the coast to myself with the sun was shining and the gorse was in bloom. Not quite to the heady scents of coconut, but it is definitely getting there. Gorse is one of the Celtic plants and will always where ever I am, takes me home. Which is Cumbria. It flowers for at least 11 months of the year. It is evergreen throughout the year too. The smell and the colour rises the vibration of the soul and cannot fail to bring a smile

to my face. With it brings the hope of summers to come. There is vitality and energy oozing from the scent and colour. Gorse is one of the Bach Flower Remedies and helps the feeling of hopelessness and the feeling of not bothering. Yellow in colour therapy lifts the spirit and will help the connection with others flow. But it will also help with detaching from situations that you may not want to be in anymore. Yellow, cleanses the liver and the systems of the body of toxins that have built up. Always recommended in the spring after the comfort foods of winter.

Enjoy each season for what they offer.
